We don't offer exchanges at the moment, so please make a return and place a new order if you are looking for a replacement. If you received an item as a gift, please contact our team at hello@tartanblanketco.com.

If you are in the UK, returns are free. See below for the rest of the world returns.

To start your return click here. You will be taken to our returns portal to create your return and free label. You'll have the option to choose your preferred courier and drop off point and you'll be provided with the relevant QR code.

We’re not currently able to accept exchanges. If you would like a different item please return it to us and place a new order. If your item was a gift you received, please contact our team at hello@tartanblanketco.com.

Once you’ve created your label, just attach it to your parcel and drop it into your local post office.
