Extended Christmas Returns: We will be accepting returns on orders placed from December 1st until January 31st, 2025


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 30 days from delivery. For sale and online sample sale items, we offer a 14-day return period. If you have any issues with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We’re here for you every step of the way!

Visiting Edinburgh? Items purchased in store or online can also be returned to our store at 170b Great Junction St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5LJ. 

Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned unless faulty.

Returns Responsibility
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return. 

We reserve the right to deduct the value of free gifts from refunds if not returned to us when you return other items from your order. Discount offers or free gifts that are subject to minimum spends / bundle prices may be lost if the requirements are no longer met after returns.

For a full refund we require the return of all items in PJ sets, including the bag and scrunchie. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the missing item from the refund amount.

UK

If you are in the UK, returns are free. See below for the rest of the world returns.

To start your return click here. You will be taken to our returns portal to create your return. Once submitted you'll be provided with a free returns label or QR code.

We offer exchanges for UK orders only. If you would like a different size or item please start your exchange in our returns portal here. If your item was a gift you received, we can offer an exchange or credit note in our returns portal also.

US & Canada

To make shipping back to us simpler and at local charges you can return to our  warehouses in USA and Canada.  

To start your return click here. Once submitted you will be provided with an address to ship your return to your nearest return hub.
