We try our very hardest to get orders shipped out from our Edinburgh warehouse the same day that we receive them. If you're looking to place an order for UK next day delivery, this will need to be ordered before 12pm GMT. Delivery charges vary by country and item. UK delivery is FREE for all orders over £49. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 60 days after purchase. If you’re in the UK, it’s free. To make international shipping back to us simpler and at local charges, you can choose to return to one of our local warehouses. Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
