Please note all gift boxes are shipped in our sustainable TBCo branded cardboard boxes, wooden boxes shown in images are for display purposes only.
Each TBCo order is packaged together in one beautifully wrapped box.
We offer a reduced packaging option at checkout, where your items will be packaged with TBCo design tissue paper in an eco-friendly mailing bag. All sale orders will also ship using this reduced packaging option. Please note that fragile and gift box products will come in our standard boxed packaging. Customers can choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in our signature TBCo gift box. Reduced packaging is only available for UK orders.

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday.

Next Day UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 1-2 working days (order before 1pm)
Please add 2-3 working days to your shipping time if you'd like to add embroidery.
Extended Christmas Returns: We will be accepting returns on orders placed from December 1st until January 31st, 2025
